The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. It was a hotel that reflected the spirit of Amsterdam. I loved it.

Stayed for 4 nights and had no issues whatsoever. Very helpful staff, good sized room, well located near a station. Was a bit noisy on an evening, but noise stopped at a reasonable time.

Great stay in Amsterdam

Stayed here for a weekend trip to Amsterdam and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Good value for Amsterdam, and I would definitely recommend it.

I’m really upset and frustrated with service ...

I’m really upset and frustrated with my experience at Amsterdam Teleport Hotel Because of a glitch on Agoda’s site, I was accidentally booking twice for the same date. I already had a confirmed reservation for those dates, but somehow a duplicate booking went through and got charged without me even confirming it. What’s worse, during that second charge, I was never asked for my CVC or any kind of payment confirmation. This clearly wasn’t my fault—it was a system error!
I reached out right away, explaining everything, and asked if they could at least apply the duplicate payment toward my original booking, since I hadn’t fully paid for that one yet. But they just refused—no refund, no cancellation, no credit. And we’re talking about a stay that’s still six months away! It feels so unfair.
To make things worse, the hotel took over a day just to respond to me. While I was waiting, the bank’s time window for disputing the payment closed, so I lost an important chance to get my money back.
Their explanation was that their finance team doesn’t approve refunds or cancellations for non-refundable bookings made through third parties—even when there’s such a clear mistake. Their customer service felt cold and impersonal, and it really seemed like they only care about getting paid, not about the guests’ situations!!!
This whole situation has been really exhausting and disappointing. If you’re thinking about booking this hotel, please be CAREFUL. From my experience, they’re more interested in taking your money (!) than helping out when things go wrong!(
I still hope they’ll do the right thing and refund or credit me for this accidental double booking, but honestly, it feels like I’m fighting a losing battle.

The hotel is very close to Amsterdam, with transport publics at 10min walk.
The area is very safe.
Parking is free and the staff is very arranging.
I recommend it
