Brillent Staff

My husband and I had a wonderful 8 night stay, the staff were fantastic could not ask for better service. They were efficent, helpful and friendly. The location was good in town so close to ATM and supermarkets. The room was very comfortable, the bed linen was so fresh and soft. It was a fantastic base for us to do many day trips from. Highly recommended

Nice hotel! Nice staff

Nice and friendly place. Nice rooms with spacious bathroom and excellent beds. Also the restaurant was a great place to be. We ate there most times while normally I never eat in a hoge restaurant. Compliments for the staff!

Stayed for over a week for a conference nearby. We were very happy with our stay here. Lovely helpful staff, excellent food (Canoe was one of the better places we ate and bonus they have room service and do the included breakfast at the hotel), only used the pool a few times but was nice and refreshing. Would definitely recommend and come back if in Palau again.

A very comfortable hotel to feel at home

The hotel is located on the busy main street of Koror, but is very quiet inside. Only the famous bar with loud music is not the right place for everyone, to the rear the garden with the pool is extremely pleasantly quiet from the roof terrace you can take a nice view of the nearby bay with the mangrove shore. The pool is pleasantly tempered and always very clean. The reception staff are exceptionally nice and friendly and helpful. The rooms have balcony. I was unlucky enough to have a room with a balcony facing the street there are few of them, but it was very quiet in the room anyway. The room consists of a bedroom of a kind of living room, a hallway and a bathroom. The bathroom has plenty of space and offers comfortable showering. It is particularly nice that there is a textile shower curtain. Here ecological thinking is further developed in detail. Everything is extremely clean. As a coffee machine there is an apparatus with coffee capsules, but on request a simple kettle can also be placed. The living room has a chair, a sofa, a fridge, all painted in dark wood very nicely as well as the staircase is well designed and the hallway with beautiful paintings. The bed is extraordinarily comfortable. In addition to air conditioning. There is also a fan in the two main rooms. On the first day there were craftsmen repairing the stairs, so there were a little noisy minutes. But by the weekend, the noise had disappeared. The lobby offers nice seating the wifi works great. I felt very comfortable and the central location makes it easy to get to other restaurants?

Great service and feel-good atmosphere

We stayed for two weeks in Palau and felt very comfortable at the hotel. From day one we were taken care of by the friendliness and great service of the hotel. This includes a free shuttel service, which is worth gold without your own car.
Our room was clean and equipped with everything you need. In hindsight we would have preferred to take balcony overlooking the pool. Otherwise everything was in perfect condition.
The choice at the breakfast buffet was not huge, but changed daily and was really good. The restaurant offers a delicious selection of food and drinks and has live music or other programs almost every night. Otherwise there are enough restaurants nearby, which are within walking distance or by shuttle.
All in all, we had a great and funny two weeks in this paradise and will gladly come back to this hotel.
