Excellent Stay & Wonderful Hospitality - I'm Impressed!!

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The food was excellent at Red Lotus and Koyla, with a good variety at breakfast. The hotel's location is convenient. I really appreciate the cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and warm hospitality.

Professional Staff

I'm a frequent traveler of Four Points by Sheraton. Everything was excellent, nice rooms, well maintained property and nice landscaping outside hotel, housekeeping staff and all staff across all areas are excellent.

I recently stayed at Four Seasons by Sheraton Lahore and had a pleasant overall experience.
The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and made the stay comfortable from check-in to departure. Their service stood out as one of the highlights of the visit.
The breakfast, while somewhat limited in variety, was well-prepared and enjoyable. Quality definitely made up for the smaller selection.
The building itself is on the older side, but it is clearly well maintained, which reflects positively on the management’s upkeep standards.
Security was also very reassuring throughout my stay. I felt safe at all times, which is especially important when traveling. I also appreciate that they provided a shuttle to pick me up and return me to the airport promptly.
Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Lahore, particularly if you value good service and a secure environment.
