They have a club located at the first floor, we stayed there for 3 nights and the high music volume was so disturbing every night until 3 am, we were at the 7th floor but still could not sleep until the club was closed.
It’s not suitable for business travelers and families.
The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

There is two clubs in this hotel one one the floor and the second on the roof with load mousic until 3am
Also I can hear next door room because of poor insulation between rooms

I booked 2 suites for 2 nights via Trip.com and all was successfully paid and I received the receipt and the booking confirmation from Trip.com
Once arriving to the hotel, the reception informed me that the hotel was overbooked from 2 days ago and there is no available rooms.
The hotel staff said that they didn't confirm from their side, and they cannot refund any money, and I have to contact trip.com to claim.
