Feel free to come here again

Nice and cozy hotel.
First stay for us, feel free to come again as this is close to the hospital.
The room was quite ok, slightly soft beds, and a bit noisy if you are close to the street. Tv and mini fridge were nice to have. Large nice bathroom. Very good breakfast buffet on the first floor. At reception there was a kiosk, plenty of space to sit and watch TV if you want a bigger one than the one in the room.

ECONOMY BUT SMALL/FOR ECONOMY SOLUTIONS

It's clean and decent, good breakfast without big discharges. The rooms were beautiful.
BUT: We slept in a "double bed", which turned out to be only 140cm wide. Not possible to turn in at night for 2 adults. And it turned out that ALL hotel double beds are only 140cm wide.
In addition: THE BAD (DUCH):
The shower had only shower curtains (at an angle that covers two of the 4 walls in the shower).
And flat floor in the little bathroom.
This makes 80% of the bath floor wet when showering: under the napkin and around the toilet.
Not fun.

Feels like a hospital, not a hotel

I know this is a patient hotel but the rooms are so impersonal you feel that you are sleeping in a hospital room. Not even a single little picture on a wall. Just white walls all around. The breakfast is the same you would get in a hospital buffet and not in a hotel. Please, Hotell St Olav, give us patients a little more feeling of not being in a hospital. It will cost so little and mean so much.

Hospital

A hospital converted into a hotel.
Or rather, a hospital sold as a hotel.
Great location and courteous staff,
But it feels more like being patients than hotel guests.
120 euros per night.

Dirty room and bad customer service

Unfortunately our hotel room was dirty. This was absolutely disgusting. It looks like poop on the bathroom walls.
I felt that the employee in the lobby reception was rude. She offered 200 Kr in return, because of the inconvenience of the dirty room. The way she looked at our family, and talked to us was rude.
We needed up talking to the manager and agreed to get 50% off the dirty room. It’s OK. We appreciate the effort to make us, the costumers, happy.
However, the experience with the receptionist was not great.
