Pretty good!

It was pretty good breakfast. There was a lot to choose from. The hotel room was very nice! Very cozy. We had a little trouble locking the door when we were leaving. The reception and all staff very friendly! The kettle in the hotel room was dirty inside it. Those in the room next to us had loud music and yelling etc. Since this is an area with a lot of party on Saturdays you have to be aware that you may not be able to go to bed until 12:00 in the evening if you are unlucky. You could hear a lot through the walls. There was poor sound insulation in the walls. They have a kettle, safe, refrigerator, fan, heating system, coffee and tea and lots of other little things! It was very cozy and if we are to come another time it will most likely be inside a Saturday.

Super service, great breakfast

Stayed at Thon Terminus in connection with a very short business trip - had meetings in the area. Close to the mainstation and trains for Gardermoen made my choice first time. Now I come back because of the service and the variety of food at breakfast. My only wish is a harder bed... everything else is great.
This time, the hotel was overbooked - but the reception solved it and I got an upgraded room (single to double on 7th floor).

Great attention to the guest

I was supposed to stay at this hotel from August 23 to 25, but due to the strike at Norwegian airports, my flight was canceled and I had to cancel the reservation. Although it was a prepaid and non-refundable rate, the staff (I had contact with Karim) immediately mobilized to get me a refund.

Value for money

I had a great stay at Thon Terminus! Clean, spacious room in the center of Oslo. Everything in walking distance. Superb breakfast buffet included. As a black member they valued me and upgraded from a standard single to superior, much appreciated. I can warmly recommend this hotel!
