Affordable and central stay

Affordable and nice hotel for accommodation - Central location. Check-in and check-out are done at the ATMs in the lobby.

You get what you pay for hotel - my room was cheap (compared to other options in the area) but also: bed was small and not super comfortable, very small room with almost no sounds proofing to the neighboring room, most vertical surfaces had a sticky feeling (though bathroom was clean!) and every item (towels, bedsheets, toilet paper, etc) seemed to be the cheapest option possible. Self-check in worked well, staff was friendly though we did not interact much.
Downstairs hotel bar kinda sad around midnight.
I won't stay again.

Nice Hotel perfectly located in downtown Oslo, no non-sense and easy to check-in and out.

Great location, Clean and comfortable, although room was small. It's self-check in, so there is no one available to answer questions. You have to track down the bar and restaurant staff, who are busy, to get access to the luggage storage room. Otherwise, perfectly fine for a short stay.

The double bed was pushed against the wall, so one person had to climb over the other to get in or out of bed, which was very inconvenient.
We wanted to have a drink at the hotel bar a few hours before the football match, but were told there was a 500 NOK entry fee because of the game. Even as hotel guests, we were expected to pay this. After already spending thousands on our stay, charging guests just to have a drink at the hotel bar felt very unreasonable.
After checking out, we asked to leave our luggage while we explored the city. Our suitcases were stored in a cluttered room behind the bar, next to rubbish, which didn’t feel secure. It was also difficult to find staff, as they were often outside smoking.
Overall, these issues made the stay much less enjoyable than expected
