TLDR: Clean and fairly priced accomodation with questionable security in an area that feels neglected and less safe.
We stayed here as a family with a todler. Nearly every way from the station there felt unsafe.
The area looks run down. Arriving after dark felt really unsafe.
The Rooms were clean, felt a bit dark and signs of wear was evident. There were no shower gel, shampoo or lotion available.
Entering is done using a key code. But there is no additional internal lock available on the door nor a peep hole to see who is outside. There is no safe in the room either.
Whether it is safe or not I dont know, but it did not feel Safe to me.

Not the best area to stay in

The apartment is an easy walk from the train station, which is convenient. However, the area it’s located in isn’t the nicest. The other side of town, towards the palace, is much nicer. At night, there were quite a few people who appeared to be under the influence of drugs, and we didn’t feel particularly safe walking around.
Access to the apartments is via a security code, but because multiple people often enter at the same time, it’s difficult to know whether everyone coming in is actually staying there.
The apartment itself was okay, but it felt a little worn. Several fixtures, including the towel rails and heater, were coming away from the walls in our room. The bathroom was also very small. On the plus side, the apartment had useful lighting amenities such as a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee plunger (which we unfortunately only discovered at the end of our stay).
The lounge area was comfortable enough, and the beds were decent but the rooms were so small the beds were almost touching the walls, the pillows were also quite uncomfortable.
Overall, knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Room was a lot smaller than the listing led to believe, no room for second person to get around the bed, and no space to open suitcase except the bed given how much space the “kitchen” area took up. Location was good, close to public transport. Small balcony was covered in pigeon droppings so don’t rely on that for space.

Scammers give you a reservation and then cancel and do not return your money.

It is a total fraud; I made a reservation and paid for early check-in, and at the last minute they canceled it for a violation of the terms and conditions when I hadn't even entered, and they kept the money. Watch out because they are scamming; it is not reliable... I sent them an email and they did not answer me. I do not recommend it

Horrible!

Don't believe the pictures! There are no windows in the bedrooms and also no ventilation. It gets stuffy and the air is completely still. The windows in the living room cannot be opened properly so there is no oxygen. We couldn't sleep and chose to go home a day early. We received no response to our complaint and no compensation.
Outside the door is a park of addicts who are stoned and running drugs in the open. The environment feels unsafe. The staff is very friendly.
