Here it is nice to be ❣️

Great hotel; nice breakfast, slept like a stone in good beds, really a peaceful room! View to the backyard, which was not so nice - but gave absolute silence at night.
The downside was that it was a long walk from the elevator (almost an entire quarter).

Very disappointing hotel

We traveled from thon hotel Nydalen to this hotel and felt we traveled from 2026 back to 1996. More expensive than in Nydalen and very inexperienced staff especially in the food salon. We arrived for breakfast at 10:00 and there was no room for us. Trangt around the food table to too many guests. Very friendly waiters, but they had clearly received very poor training. Lost things here and there. Crushed glass all over the floor. Besticks often fell.
The towel in the bathroom was blood on and it was ice cold in the room. No heat in tiles in the bathroom. Simply a hotel we will never return to.

Disappointed

First got a tiny room on the 5th floor in the old building. "Kilometers" from the elevator. Got the change to a room on the 3rd floor, not far from the dining room. The little bathroom had 2 holes on the wall for small towels, but hooks were missing. After complaint, one self-adhesive hook was hung up, which fell down after 2 days. The window posts in the room were pill rotted and the window was ***** dirty on the inside. We stayed there for 5 nights. Nothing similar to the colourful Thon hotels I have stayed in before, although it looked like this on the photos of a double room on their website. The best was the location.

Not worth it

The hotel room contains a bed, TV and nothing else. No kettle, no fridge, no hotel information - nothing. It was also not possible to get cold water from the tap, the shower had low pressure and the remote for the TV didn't work. Clearly the owners couldn't be bothered to put some effort into it.

Horrible experience, do not book

Terrible, terrible experience
The staff has total racism in themM in spite of having rooms available at the time of check-in. They have purposely given garbage facing rooms to Indians, Sri Lankan and Australians.
Very polite, Staff, not willing to help
In this age, an Era, they yet conduct giving rooms to the rights in spite of paying the same amount
I strongly strongly suggest, do not book this Hotel under any circumstances
