An Excellent Stay

What a pleasant two-night stay. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for years and would categorize our stay as excellent compared to all I have had at Hilton hotels. Everyone we met at the reception desk was pleasant, helpful, and had a smile. The hotel is located in the center of town, a short walking distance to a large grocery store and to a very modern indoor mall with a wine and spirits store (Vinmonopolet) and numerous restaurant options. The room was large by USA standards and very large compared to the Scandic Stavanger airport location we have stayed at numerous times. The room was equipped with a microwave, countertop stove, sleeper couch, small ice box, and dishware. It would be very adequate for an extended stay. The ONLY two negatives were that the hotel is separate from the reservation and breakfast areas, requiring going outdoors, and there were no USB connection ports. The distance between the hotel and the reservation desk was only ten or so yards, but it was raining and windy while we were there.

It was excellent. More space than we anticipated and it was a good place to unwind. The breakfast was 5 stars for us.

Stay standing for dice cast 6

Had two nights here in connection with our wedding. First night with the bride and fiancés, second night as husband and wife.
The rooms are large, well equipped kitchen and clean all over. The beds were surprisingly good, super comfort on pillows and dyne.
The buffet breakfast held solid quality, here and it was clean and nice.
Improper service, two of the employees stood with a flag when I as a bride came out to the wedding car. A little extra detail that is appreciated to remember:)
Here it is only to say thank you for the stay!

Great hotel with good location and good service!

Was excited to test out this new hotel on Straume. And for a pleasant surprise when I checked in! Choose the Queensize bed room, which was not small in it heletatt, but rather a small apartment. Well equipped with small kitchen, sofa, table and chairs, desk TV, and hook behind the all-room with bed. Lots of window and good light everywhere, in 6 etg! Large hallway and large bathroom. Very friendly and welcoming people at the reception and at breakfast. Clean and nice everywhere and good breakfast! Really worth the money. Here I come again. Great plus that it was so close to Sartor and the bus station. Great hotel, Thon!!

The hotel is brand spanking new so nothing is broken yet. The rooms are huge and the bed is nice. Very easily accessible by buss from Bergen or airport. The area is quiet enough. Unfortunately there is no good restaurants here, but you can always take the reasonably priced bus to town.
