Loved our stay!

We were family of 4 and stayed in two rooms for two days. Both rooms had good natural light, walkout balcony, with some great view of mountains. Rooms were clean, with hot shower, working A/C, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Staffs were super friendly. Location is great, just at the center of Lake side. Thank you hotel team for making our stay wonderful. Highly recommend!

Need improvement on customer service and cleaning

We requested 2 double bed rooms for 4 of us on the phone conversation with manger of hotel and he agreed to provide us. Upon our arrival we were provided 2 twin bed rooms saying that hotel is totally full and they don’t have any other options. Lady at reception promise us to change both the rooms for the next day but only one of the room was changed to double bed room. We spoke with the hotel manager regarding this and he offered us breakfast for 4 of us which was below par of this standard of the hotel.
Overall hotel looks goods including rooms but need huge improvement on breakfast, cleaning of the rooms and bit on customer service as well.

Decent Rooms, Could Improve Breakfast

I stayed here twice, at the start and conclusion of a trek to Annapurna Base Camp. The hotel is really centrally located in Pokhara and it is easy to get to shopping, restaurants, and the boats (so you can get to the peace pagoda) from the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and each room had a balcony, which I loved. It was convenient since we had experienced a lot of rain in the mountains and needed to wash and hang our clothing, and the balconies provided an excellent place to dry our clothes. Inside the rooms was comfortable due to the air conditioning. However, the WiFi was pretty unreliable outside of the lobby. There was a tea kettle in the room which is nice if you like to have some tea in the morning. Another person on the tour group and I considered purchasing the breakfast buffet, but decided not to upon seeing the contents. Everything was in steam tables and didn't look appetizing, especially considering how expensive it was. I'd recommend getting breakfast elsewhere, but I was impressed by the rooms.

Simple Hotel near Lakeside

A very simple hotel with the basic amentities. No hair dryer provided and breakfast is just the most basic with toast (butter & jam). The only advantage is very near to the lakeside; within walking distance of 10mins

Quaint little hotel!!!

Stayed for a couple of days in hotel city park, the staff was courteous and responsive.
Even interacted with the owner, who enquired about our comfort.
The location is good, 50 m away from fewa lake, at the end of the market, but it does not have a lake view.
The breakfast was not elaborate, but taste was good.
Only negative - the room was small, and no wardrobe in room.
Overall, nice experience though.
