The hotel is very close to the Buddha Stupa, which is a great plus. Unfortunately it is located on a very busy street, across the street from the pedestrian area around the Stupa and crossing the street could be nerve wrecking. The hotel has a restaurant and spa, both featuring Thai specialties. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Appalling - Avoid These People
I booked in here for 3 nights during my birthday trip to KTM for, what I had hoped, a spiritual getaway. The rooms/hotel are average, the location is close to the Stupa. HOWEVER, the managers & owner are the most unprofessional, immature, shocking people I've met in a very long time.
My second night I was on the roof top bar (called, ironically, Chill Bar). I was traveling alone and sitting a table or two away from four men who began to mock, laugh & degrade me - both in English & Nepali. I just had an accident so my nose was slightly bent, which they pointed out loudly, laughing at me. Unbeknown to them, this was my 15th trip & I can understand a decent amount of Hindi/Nepali.
I turned around to ask what the issue was - if I had done something to upset them. Immediately the manager Ram came running over profusely apologizing & completely embarrassed, realizing I knew they were talking about me & being disrespectful. Turns out two of the four men were the manager (Ram) and Nepali owner (Booz).
Their verbal abuse, disrespect remarks regarding my skin color & orientation left me in shock. I left the bar & checked out the following day. Note that I had already spent a significant amount at the hotel to this point.
In the decades of traveling around the world, I've never, ever, ever been treated so poorly as a customer. Ive asked for an apology - to no reply of course. Zero concession, zero apology, and completely ruined my birthday, along with my spiritual getaway.
Beware - these people aren't nice. They were only embarrassed they were caught & I understood them. These people represent the worst of the worst in the country and certainly aren't the majority. Still, their actions are completely inexcusable.

This is the only hotel owned by a Thai person. Therefore it is considered to be the only Thai nationality that provides services here. It is a 4-star standard hotel that is equipped with superior facilities and services. As soon as you first check in, you will be met with smiles and a warm welcome filled with kindness and friendliness. Ready to introduce various services and important areas that are worth visiting in the hotel.
The rooms at this hotel are available in many styles such as The rooms are Heritage Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, etc. The beds are comfortable, the quality of the bedding is excellent, the rooms are clean, there is free wifi with a strong signal available. There are different types of rooms you can choose to book whether you want additional Thai Massage services or not. If you reserve additional Thai massage services, you will receive services at a special price.
In addition to offering a full range of Thai massage services, there is also a Steam & Sauna service room, a Himalayan Salt Spa service room, which inside this room is beautifully designed, full of power and the charm of gentleness, especially the walls. decorated with Himalayan salt, very spectacular You will experience a unique health experience here that combines ancient treatments with modern conveniences.
Because of its distinctive pink color, Himalayan salt is packed with mineral-rich elements that have been prized for their medicinal properties for centuries. Food at the main restaurant of the hotel is served in many styles including: Thai food, European style food and Arabic food The food is very delicious. You can choose according to your wishes.
In the evening, if you want to drink, socialize or eat food for a special meal. See a 180 degree panorama from a high angle, enjoy the atmosphere of art, listen to beautiful music. There is a service area called Cafe De Bangkok located on the top rooftop of the hotel building. Can accommodate up to 80 customers.
I must say that it is extremely impressive and warm. Feel safe, don't worry about anything. Because every staff member takes care of and welcomes and facilitates in a professional manner. If I have the opportunity to travel to Nepal again, I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Refreshing place to stay after backpacking
I stayed here with a few friends after backpacking in solukhumbu region for 5 days, it was refreshing and the staff was very friendly. Pradeep was very helpful and he showed us around the rooftop and took some of our song requests. Pradeep also made great conversation and gave good recommendations on souvenirs.
