Personnel professionnel à la fois au bureau et au restaurant Cloud 9 (Alon, Soudan, Prajita) . Résolution de chaque besoin/question en temps opportun. Prolongé notre séjour de quatre jours lorsque les vols de retour ont été annulés en raison de la guerre du Golfe et nous a donné les mêmes tarifs réduits de chambre notre agent de voyages a négocié, ainsi que des réductions dans les restaurants. Hôtel très propre et moderne avec une excellente nourriture et à un prix raisonnable. Je resterais ici à nouveau, et je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui visitent Katmandou.

Wow.
Ce fut une expérience que je ne m'attendais pas à être aussi belle et relaxante. Dès mon arrivée, tout a dépassé mes attentes.
Les véritables joyaux qui ont fait de cet hôtel un tel succès sont Sudip, Alon, Pritika, Dinesh et Prajita. Leur hospitalité, leur chaleur et leur professionnalisme ont vraiment fait la différence. Toutes mes excuses si quelqu'un m'a manqué — toute l'équipe mérite d'être reconnue.
Le nom à ne pas manquer est Manager Ram.
Le restaurant du petit déjeuner était excellent, offrant une grande variété d'options délicieuses. Tout était frais et magnifiquement préparé. Bravo au chef et à toute l'équipe culinaire !
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et me réjouis de revenir

Je voulais reconnaître les serveurs Cloud 9 Sudip et Dinesh pour un travail bien fait.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié Cloud 9 , le restaurant sur le toit pendant notre séjour. Le personnel était excellent et travaillant - plus particulièrement Sudip et Dinesh. Sudip était super, très professionnel et très serviable.
La nourriture était très bonne et savoureuse.

Grande hospitalité
L'emplacement est au milieu du bazar et l'atmosphère confortable et agréable chambres sont propres et aérées et la meilleure ambiance est dans la tour de toit
