Very relaxing!
Shambala is a well organized hotel with a fantastic view.. the bar and pool on the rooftop has a gr8 ambience with good music accompanied by a variety of cocktails.They offer delectable cuisines and I enjoyed the spa treatments as well. The staff are well trained and efficient. The prices are pretty reasonable and this hotel is good for both short or long stays.

Relaxing and worth it!
We enjoyed the monsoon deal, and our stay was relaxing. Pool , drinks and food were very good. Room was clean and well maintained.

The location is prime and convenient. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful; very relaxing. Rooms are big, clean and well maintained. Very good value for money. Rooms are quiet and offers good sleep. The service is extremely good. Mr Samir & Ms Jangmu really went out of their way to assist me during my stay. They were very professional and respectful. Thank you for making my stay awesome

Nepal visit
Very nice and clean hotel. The roof top restaurant and infinity pool is amazing! Food and beverage restaurant workers are exceptional especially Anjana and Anju. Their services are excellent and thukpa soup is one of the best we tried. Overall, we are greatly impressed!!!

Wonderful Stay at Shambala
I recently stayed at Hotel Shambala and honestly, it was one of the most peaceful and comfortable hotel experiences I’ve had in Kathmandu. From the moment I walked in, the warm hospitality and beautiful Tibetan-inspired ambiance made the place feel welcoming.
The rooms were spacious, loved the cozy interiors, comfortable bed, and every other facilities that made the stay feel extra relaxing. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop area. The pool and lounge created such a serene atmosphere, especially during the evening. The views, soft lighting, and peaceful vibe made it the perfect place to unwind after a long day in the city. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Kathmandu, whether for business or leisure. I’d happily stay here again.
