Excellent base for touring Montenegro. We stayed with our 12 and 14 y.o for 4 nights and loved the convenient location. It was a short walk to groceries and the old town. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We loved morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the bay - the view was even better than in the photos! The only thing that could be better was more storage options, as we were 4 people with luggage, but honestly it was fine. We appreciated that they had basic toiletries, laundry detergent and dish soap etc. The kitchen was very well appointed, which is important to us as we like to cook. All appliances were in perfect working order, especially the AC which we needed as it was so hot.

Fantastic apartment, perfect location!

Four female friends stayed in a deluxe room, one bedroom and a comfy sofa bed. The apartment is spotlessly clean, lots of towels were provided, an iron and a selection of mini toiletries and a welcomed bottle of water in the fridge. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, coffee machine, glasses etc. there are two supermarkets very close by, around 5 mins walk either direction from the apartment.
The bay is a 5 mins walk either walk down a slope, with lots of restaurants nearby.
Kotor old town is around 10 mins walk away.
There was plenty of space for us all.
Fantastic air con, which was much needed in the July heat.
The balcony is spacious, with a wonderful view of the bay. The road below is busy and could be noisy at times, but we soon got used to the noise and it didn’t bother us.
From booking until we left, Danijela and her son kept us updated of the check in process, where to go, how to get there, restaurant recommendations and check out process. They couldn’t have done any more for us.
I would thoroughly recommend staying here!

Communication with the owner was very easy, and the apartment was extremely clean. If you rent a car in Montenegro, staying somewhere with a parking spot is very important—and this place provides one. It also offers high-speed internet, a smart TV, and a well-equipped, nice kitchen.

A fantastic stay in Kotor. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. Our host was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond by accommodating a later checkout when our driver was delayed.
The location was excellent—about a 10–12 minute walk to Old Town Kotor. The route includes a moderate incline with a combination of sidewalks and some stairs, which was not an issue for us and rewarded us with a quieter setting away from the crowds.
Everything was exactly as advertised, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to future guests.
