Definitely not a 4-star hotel — I would rate it 2 stars at most. I honestly don’t know where to start. From the moment we arrived, the first impression was very disappointing. The overall standard of the hotel does not come close to what I would expect from a 4-star property. The room was dirty, the towels were dirty, and the bathroom had visible mold and a bad smell. The rooms also have extremely poor sound insulation, so you can hear almost everything happening around you. This made it very difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. When we checked in, there were already small damages and signs of wear in the room, which only added to the feeling that the property is poorly maintained. One of the strangest things was the extremely detailed list of charges for damaging items in the room. It gave us a very negative first impression, as it felt more like a warning to guests than something you would expect at a quality 4-star hotel. Some of the charges were also so unreasonable that they were almost funny. For example, they state that you can be charged €400 for damaging the mattress. Honestly, considering the quality of the bed, mattress, and pillows, the entire bed setup is not even worth close to €400, let alone the mattress alone. Seeing a €400 charge for a mattress in a room of this standard was simply ridiculous. The night reception was another disappointment. The staff member working at night could not speak a single word of English. Stay away from this hotel.

Mediocre

Room acceptable but nothing more. Clean but small.
Decent location, a 20-minute walk from the historic center. Difficult parking, no parking lot.
The pool area is catastrophic, however, not up to standard at all.
Indoor pool cold, steam room out of order, pool shower broken.
In short, not great.

The reception girls were nice they gave us free days i ate for free becaus they booked our hotel wrong they were helping us the manager was nice she gave us everything free

Welcoming staff but hotel that does not deserve its price

The hotel does not really qualify as a 4-star. The housekeeping is not up to expectations.
The breakfast buffet is good but it is very similar every day.
The staff was very pleasant during our stay.
