Very nice and budget hotel, close to many tourist spots, the truth would go again
Very friendly and attentive staff

Clean and spacious room
They accept payment by credit or debit card (in my case I made a reservation through booking, without providing bank details, and paid until I stayed already at the hotel)
Check-in from 1:00pm and Check-out at 12:00pm

In the historic center of Torreón, it is always alive and busy so it makes you feel safe to go for a walk until very late night
Close to many bars, cafes, restaurants and dens

Wifi good for watching streaming content, browsing, chatting...

Room with good air conditioning
Clean, sanitary bathroom with a good discharge capacity, shower and sink with hot and cold water and under high pressure.
Hand and body towels in the bathroom, and neutral bar soaps
Negative points
Clarification, I didn't feel it as a negative point but the hotel has a very retro aesthetic, 70 or 80 (you can see it in the furniture of the room and the restaurant) and some others a little more modern (the beds), so if you mind that the hotel "looks old" then if it will shock you a little.
Elevator too small and old (holds only 400 kg, and takes time to get up and open/close doors The restaurant closes at 3pm so you can't dine there
Wi-fi is a network that is shared throughout the hotel so it takes time to download very heavy apps or files
Very few contacts, two busy where the TV and cable go, and two others on the bedside table (one more in the bathroom but not working)
In the bathroom only includes towels and bar soap, (not cream, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioning, etc...) so you have to carry your personal toiletries
Cable TV didn't work at first, I had to go down to reception to have someone check
The lobby and reception has no air conditioning or fans so heat is locked in a lot (the restaurant only has fans)
