Bad experience

Personnel with no attitude of service, mainly female staff turn out to be despots. They don't leave towels in the rooms after cleaning them, antique TV with poor picture quality, there are cockroaches in the rooms.

Very unpleasant experience

A very unpleasant hotel we stayed 5 days. The second day we ate at the hotel restaurant and a piece of bone came out in the meat of my burger we told the manager who didn't do anything just said he was going to tell the cook that it wasn't their fault because the meat came packaged. Afterwards we asked if they had laundry available and they said that they did take our clothes and never indicated that it was a separate charge and nor how much we would be charged before doing the service we never received any invoice. At the time of picking up the clothes we were given a bill of 800 pesos for simple garments and when we tried to talk to the manager they did not take responsibility for the miscommunication of their employee only said that they would draw your attention but that we were responsible. I will never stay here again the attitude and attention they give guests is very bad and they always have their backs instead of trying to solve the situation oh reach an agreement.

I am still waiting for the invoice, I have requested it personally and by mail. They haven't sent it to me so far. I think you should at least answer.

I got a room with mattress not comfortable, a TV apsoleta, the wifi does not arrive if I wanted to look for something because of the wifi had to put
