Rude and unprofessional staff; we are not whining or exaggerating, please read!
1. The hotel is accessible via one set of stairs and two side "ramps/stairs". One night we came back to the hotel to find that the main stairs to the hotel were deliberately blocked off by a pickup truck belonging to somebody in the staff, and the two ramps were blocked by motorcycles. We had our 80+ year old in-laws with us and literally had to push them up the to the hotel platform because all access points were blocked! When we talked to the staff about it, they did not offer an apology, remedy, or explanation. Instead WE were asked to apologize for complaining and told our tone of voice was rude!
2. During one of the nights, the staff had brought in what seemed to be relatives (including small children) to have a small get-together in the hotel stock room which was right next to our room. The whole group was listening to music, playing games, and making noise. This was not just rude to us, but was inconsiderate of all the hotel guests.
3. During checkout we were told to pay for our room upgrade using cash only and the staff refused to give a receipt. We really doubt that money ever made it back to the hotel owner. The person who did the checkout literally looked like the gardener, his clothes were dirty and didn't look like somebody you'd expect to be tending to the hotel.
The staff handed us a card claiming we could contact the owner if we had any complaints. We have sent a copy of this review. If he/she cares, the whole staff needs to be replaced! Stay away from this hotel at all costs!

Pésimo servicio y atención
No se cuenta con TV en las habitaciones. Indican qué cuentan con estacionamiento, sin embargo es unnestacionamiento público sin vigilancia y wlncual debes pagar aparte no se porque lo ofrecen como un servicio del hotel. El perso al es pésimo, no te resuelven ninguna duda.
