The unit was extremely clean & nicely cooled for our arrival. Check-in was very smooth and everything was clearly explained. Only stayed 1nt so interaction with staff and amenities was limited but always plesant.

Clean. Simple. Will return.

Location is superb. Close to everything. Note: there is significant construction along the street so noise and vehicle / pedestrian volume due to increase. The atmosphere has a slow, beach town vibe which is why we keep coming back. Outdoor pool is sufficient to cool down after a hot day. Rooms will meet basic needs DO NOT focus on the pictures online, you will be disappointed. Have the right expectations (clean / polite staff / dated amenities) and you won’t be disappointed.

Beach right in back. Very friendly and helpful staff. For those reviews mentioning stained sheets....if you have ever had an old dryer then you would know its just burn spots. This town is very charming and peaceful.

Our room was nice and very clean! The staff was helpful when needed! We had a 12 passenger van and they let us park it inside the gate! It is walking distance to all restaurants and shops, but a bit further out than expected! The grounds is not as nice as in the pictures, could need a bit of TLC especially on the plants and flowers which is miner! I would stay there again!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The town and beaches were amazing as usual. The location was great, being close to the beach and restaurants.
The bed was absolutely the most uncomfortable bed I have ever attempted to sleep on. The pillows we were originally given were even worse. We did ask for new pillows and were given some that were slightly better.
There was a very loud, obnoxious family staying in the rooms next to us. After two days of listening to them and hearing kids slam doors we told the staff and they did speak with them and things calmed down a bit.
If the beds didn’t feel like we were laying on plywood we could have given them 4 stars. Please, please,please invest is some new mattresses.
