The check in was flawless. The room I was in was the same one they have assigned to me the last 4 trips. Very comfortable. I was there just last week. It was a little warm for sleeping but they have a floor fan which makes it bearable. A ceiling fan would be better. But the room is always clean and staff are very attentive and courteous. Highly recommend

Great location, safe and comfortable property. Nice to have a mini apartment with a kitchen and such, as well as an onsite gym that meets basic needs. The main issue is the lack of AC, although they provide a fan. However, the room gets too hot and the windows are locked, so the fan just recycles hot air - and the bathroom has no vent so the team just comes into the room. If you go in colder months it's great, but in the summer... good luck.

Highly recommended
I stayed 5 nights and the truth had a great time. The location is very good, super close to Reforma and with everything at hand to get around the city.
Very comfortable, clean and with good internet, which was what mattered most to me. The common spaces are nice and it feels a nice atmosphere. For what you pay, it gives much more than you expect.

It can be good and bad at the same time!
Excellent location , amazing rooftop.
I had two reservations for two different categories .
The cheapest one which was 1200 pesos was too small and I don’t recommend.
The other one was 1800 pesos .
Almost 100 USD ! With a nice view but all in all I found it over priced.
As you may find better options nearby.
The rooftop is great . Wonderful views.
I had a reservation by hotels.com which in my first night was breakfast included when I was reserving however when I did the check in it was not appearing not in their system nor in my application!
Also the rooms type pictures which you may find in OTAs about this property are not really the same as the one that they give you!
So my stay was contradictory.
Goods in some aspects which are views, location and rooftop .
Bad in another aspects which are not existing coherency between the room your reservation and what you get…

Employee man broke into my room by the dawn
At 4:32 a.m., during my stay, there was access to my room by card, without any prior notice or permission. I woke up with the door opening; when I shouted, the person (ONE MAN) identified himself as being from the administration and immediately withdrew. Later, the hotel itself admitted that it was a “mistake”, but when I asked personally, I literally had no reply, I was asking the receptionist alone.
I was traveling alone, I am a woman, and, in the face of the serious security fault, I no longer felt safe to stay on site, and it was necessary to leave the hotel earlier than planned and make a new reservation.
Regardless of whether it was an operational error, as alleged in the messages, which entered the room to look for an edredon DURING the MADRUGADE, this is an unacceptable situation in a lodging service, especially in the morning. Security should be an absolute priority.
Not recommended for those seeking peace and security during their stay.
