All the staff are very welcoming and helpful . Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Very happy to recommend.

This was exactly like we wanted to spent our first ever stay of 8 days in CDMX. The team is incredibly welcoming and correct. English and Spanish is no problem, they are proud on their city, the neighborhood and the brand.
Condesa and Roma are very pleasant, green and walkable neighborhoods.

1. Housekeeping needs training. Every day is a hit or miss...One day they forget to leave washcloths. They only leave one hand towel. No place to hang the bath towels. On hook by the shower where the bathrobe is hanging. One day they hang the wet towels on top of the dry bathrobe. Other times, they changed the towels. There is only one trashcan in this room and it is in the bedroom. No trash can in the bathroom. Another time they washed the coffee cup but not the little spoon which was stuck to the saucer with dried up coffee...
2. You get two Nespresso pods for free on the first day. Any time after, you get charged for the Nespresso pods used in the room. Seriously!! Never saw this in any other hotel in my life.
3. No kettle in the room and no tea for tea drinkers.
4. The hotel rooms are not very well insulated. When somebody walks in the hallway, you hear the steps.
5. The terrace is nice for breakfast. The omelette maker chef is amazing. Great omelettes. The waiter we had every day was very service oriented. No view from the terrace...very "urban" setting.
I very much wish that the hotel management to fix the issues above. They leave a bad taste. Overall it is an OK hotel in a good location.
