Comfortable hotel, in strategic location with great services
The rooms are very big and the beds are very comfortable, I really enjoyed the towels as the are the softest you can imagine. Room service is open 24/7 (we had a late night snack and breakfast before going to the Ado station and both meals were great) and that was a great touch.
Lastly the staff working there always very friendly, big smiles and attentive to your needs.
Will definitely come back when in Mexico City

Good image Bad service
However, several things happened that made me feel a little uncomfortable.
The first was that I asked them at reception not to go into the room for a toilet one day as I had to leave quickly and I worry sometimes that someone will take something. They told me they had no “do not disturb” signage and they would tell the person. But they didn't mind, and they came in while I was gone. That really upset me. Fortunately there was no incident but they did not respect my decisions.
The second thing was that the people they tended had a very bad attitude. I have also read some comments about this and I agree. The reception ladies especially don't seem to want to be there and respond in a very bad way. I hope they do something to improve that because it is the first impression of the hotel and the service.
The third was that while I was in the afternoon night in my room with my partner the toilet person came in very casually without touching or ensuring that there was someone in the room. He apologized and left but left me with a very bad feeling as it makes me think they don't respect privacy very much.
Also the internet did not work very well and some contacts did not serve as well.
The best part of the hotel is its modern decor and some services. I didn't really taste the food but there was a lot of variety.

Hidden teasure
Aranjuez hotel has excelent quality restaurant and room service. Around the hotel you'll find many stands (puestos) with tacos, fruit, milkshakes, handcrafts, books, etc. A 24 hours service "7 eleven" is located less than a block from the hotel.
If your budget allows it, instead of a room you may choose a suite with jacuzzi, or sauna or even swimming pool!
