The best hotel in downtown Guadalajara.

My stay at Hotel Antré Chapultepec was truly outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the attention was impeccable: both the receptionist and the bellboy who helped us with our luggage were extremely kind, attentive, and professional, making the experience start with a genuine sense of hospitality.
The room stood out for its impeccable cleanliness, modern and well-maintained decor, as well as a spectacular view that made the stay even more special. The bathroom was perfectly clean, and every detail conveyed comfort and quality. Both the mattress and the pillows were of excellent quality, something that is definitely appreciated after a long day of travel.
Another very positive point was staying on the sixth floor, as we hardly perceived any street noise, allowing for a quiet and comfortable rest.
The restaurant also deserves a special mention: the food is delicious and, honestly, the prices are quite affordable for the quality they offer, which is something uncommon in hotels of this level.
Without a doubt, it is a hotel that combines modern design, comfort, excellent service, and a very good value for money. A completely recommended option for staying in Guadalajara.

Rainshower head was so high that it made rinsing off the soap take much longer than it should. There were no wash cloths so I needed to use a large hand towel. Staff had no idea about services in the area.

The Staff was super friendly and accommodating the room was very spotless clean, the food and the bar were excellent, the only complaint is: no pool on property other than that all was great Thank you for the hospitality

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable condition of our room. Upon arrival, we found the bed covered in nail clippings, and the bathroom emitted a strong odor of sewage. To make matters worse, we discovered cockroaches in the room. Despite reporting these health and hygiene issues to your staff immediately, no action was taken to address the situation or move us to a clean room.

The staff was fantastic. From the front dest to juliana our maid. Fantastic location. Recommend this hotel to all travellers to guadalajara
