Great stay!!

Great location room was good tv desk and chair available bed was comfortable the pool area was very spacious and clean good to relax the room had a tv and towels the bathrooms were clean,theres a restaurant on site and parking I would stay here again

A scam

A terrible experience. The photos may show a modern, comfortable, and functional hotel, but when we were there, the pool, the elevator, and the wifi were not working. The walls are horrifically damaged. Towels are fraying, faucets are rusty.
Additionally, they do not provide invoices. Under the pretext that one books through a travel portal, the receptionist told us that the invoice had to be requested through the portal. In summary, a fiasco.

Not worth the $70.00 per night.

I don’t like to leave low reviews but I must warn my fellow travelers. So I had to stay here because my friends made a reservation here. They charged $70.00 per night. I thought ok, looks safe and clean from outside. When I walked in I was stunned, I thought there was a mistake. The room looked like a $20.00 max room and frankly I was even afraid to shower. Worst thing was the drain under the vanity was open and every now and then it would smell bad. Good luck using TV, you need to work for NASA to know how to use two remotes to get one channel to change. The pool was open till 1am with women and children screaming playing while we tried to sleep. Breakfast NOT included. There is a $20.00 upfront key deposit for a .50 cent key. I’d pay $20.00 max for this room if I’d seen the inside first. I paid because I didn’t know and expected more but look around first. You have me to warn you. Though the staff was very nice, I’d encourage the owner to step up it’s game for those $70.00 nights and invest in his infrastructure.

Más que mediocre

Un hotel de paso... Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con lo que es en realidad... cuartos sucios, parece que sacaron de la basura su mobiliario.... Mediocre les queda corto. Pasillos con luces qué tiemblan, manchas en la alforbra, bañeras sucias, olor peculiar... De verdad la peor de mis experiencias

Es una inepta la gerente Claudia

Siempre me e hospedado en este hotel con mi familia e hijos por la excelente atención en recepción y camareras , pero en esta ocasión vengo muy molesta y decepcionada del trato tan inepto de la supuesta gerente Claudia que se supone esta para solucionar problemas no para aserlo una persona muy déspota arrogante grosera que hasta se atrevió a aremedarme en 2 ocasiones diciéndome que si quiero me devolvía el dinero de 6 avitaciones que teníamos rentadas que en ese momento no capte que una gerente fuera tan grosera poniendoce a discutir y diciendo esas ocurrencias de su parte por que nadie le estaba echando encara las 6 avitaciones entada solo la manera de estar nos tratando y hablando, estoy muy molesta con esta actitud de esta persona por que yo les recomendé este hotel a todas las personas k iban conmigo convenciendoles de un excelente trato que era de lo mejor , pero esta persona me ISO quedar totalmente mal con las personas que yo llevaba que eran más de 20 personas eran familias
Se que ella sabrá quién soy estuvimos 2 noches ahí, espero tomen cartas en el asunto y pongan a alguien que sepa tratar alos clientes con respeto, estoy sus órdenes para lo sucedido yo y todas las personas que se hospedaron
