If you are going to this hotel, I think it is better to wait until it has been completely renovated.
We have just renovated our hotel and are currently building an on-site restaurant. It was a very beautiful room with an upstairs terrace (the room was fitted with a smart TV just before I checked in), but even though I had a pretty heavy suitcase, there was no elevator, so I got help from the hotel staff to take it up. The beds are comfortable and the lighting is bright. It was nice to see YOU TUBE on my new TV, and comfortable just to sleep. If you don’t have many guests on the Internet, you can use it easily. However, there is no room service, cafe or safe as mentioned on the booking website. As the restaurant is under construction (it will take several months), there is no food or drink at all. It was nice to have cafes, bars and convenience stores nearby, but it was still a bit inconvenient that the hotel didn't offer food and drink service and you couldn't even get hot water to make tea or coffee. The restaurant is temporarily unavailable, but the booking website doesn't mention it. And the hot water in the shower takes longer to get hotter on cold nights. The amount of hot water in the tank seems to be limited, and if you soak for too long, you will run out of water. There is no in-house telephone in the room, and when I need to contact you, I use WhatsApp (reception is empty at night). Also, amenities are just small soaps, shampoos and hand soaps, so if you are unsatisfied, you might want to get shampoos and body soaps. The hotel people are looking good with everyone. It was just around the time when all the hotels in the city were fully booked, and I happened to find availability and stayed there, but if there were other hotels, I think I should go there now. Every hotel has something to put up with, but I thought I had booked a "Deluxe Queen Room" in a four-star hotel, but it was different from what was listed on the booking website, and I felt like I had a bit more to put up with. I guess it was just bad luck, and I think it's a beautiful and good hotel, but it seems like they're still putting furniture in the rooms, and my room might still have been "unfinished." If you can go to this hotel, I think it would be better if you had a restaurant and completely renovated it.
