Outstanding Food and Exceptional Service

We had a wonderful experience dining at Avani. Abraham and Rusell provided exceptional service during both dinner and breakfast. They were friendly, attentive, and had such a positive, welcoming presence that made every meal enjoyable.
For dinner, we ordered the flank steak burrito, fish and chips, wings, and tortilla soup. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with quality ingredients. Everything exceeded our expectations.
The breakfast buffet was just as impressive. The made to order omelets were excellent, the pancakes were delicious, and the fresh fruit was a perfect addition. The selection and quality were outstanding.
What really stood out was the service. Abraham and Rusell anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Our drinks stayed full, everything arrived promptly, and they made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
Highly recommend dining here if you’re staying at Avani. Great food, outstanding service, and a memorable experience.

Our family was stuck in Mexico due to jetblues mess up.
I found this hotel online . It was ten mins from the airport and provided a shuttle.
I will say if you have a big family ( I’m
A family of 9) book the jr suite rooms and add breakfast.
It’s a mall across the street from lunch and dinner .

Wonderful stay

Amazing staff. Clean rooms. Quick check in. Wonderful stay. Waiter staff at the breakfast buffet were attentive and helpful. Abraham, Alberto and Russel made my breakfast experience great. Thanks to the staff at Avani

Felt pressured at check in to sign up for loyalty membership- he seemed to make it required, though there was a little language barrier.
Room was only stocked with one coffee serving despite 4 occupants. Put in a request for more but never received.
Towels for pool needed to be asked for apparently, this was not clear and so we had to trudge back to room soaked.

First negative review I have ever left

This place is not a four star hotel. 1 coffee per room. Loud and easy to hear what’s going on in the hallways. Rude staff at the front desk. Long check in process that could easily be sped along by one of the 5 employees that are doing nothing. Will not be back.

Unfortunately, we did not have extra coffee pods available to offer you at the time, though our housekeeping staff would have gladly provided them without issue.
