Very nice discovery

We spent four days in the twin room facing the sea
Very clean room only small downside the terrace deserves a separation from the room next door because there is no privacy at all
The strong points: we really have our feet in the water
And above all the welcome from Patricia always available, attentive to our slightest desires and concerned about our well-being, thank you again
very generous breakfast in summary very nice discovery

Nice!

Relaxing place at the beach. Breakfast is good, staff do all to make you comfortable. It’s very close to the boats that make trips to Ile aux Cerfs. But walks along the beach to the north are pleasant too.

Location location location

Perfect location with a direct access to a nice private piece of beach. Natural sandbox was a big hit with kids. App itself is a bit old and weary, but cleaned daily and big enough for a family. What I missed most was an outside seating to have a meal. There are only lounge chaires, not very comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Behind the screens

I certainly wont' recommend the place,I stayed there for a month and 10 days and it ended badly, I had to call for the tourist police, the villa with en suite room and bathtube , just behind the red house needs some serious lifting , the kitchen corner is in bad condition,lots of mold,bad smell in the cupboards and oven dirty, the main bed is very uncomfortable and filthy mattress, the Samsung T.V needs to be changed, the main shower upstairs doesn't work properly,yesterday I even experienced water shortage, the staff is nice but the owner is a " grossier personnage". This place is really overpriced , not worthy at all !!! The owner has really bad manners !!! ...

Great location

Comfy bed. Great terrace with direct view of beach / water. Lovely workers (The reception lady and her sister who both coordinated the place, both spoke English). Air con & fan. Safe in room (although didn't work actually). Felt area was safe enough. Night watchman....just in case though. Shared kitchen so you need to get dressed to make a cup of tea in the morning. Really close to a cool restaurant/bar called "Green Island" (2 mins walk). The Aux de Cerfs ferries leave from here too so very convenient (and worth visiting!). We could use laundry next door for free but had to provide our own detergent. The room is nice but it is a little weird in that the shower is all glass and kind of in the bedroom, so you are showering in full view...and if you have the terrace doors open...in full public view. Toilet is next to it on the inside so with there being no door, your partner (and passers by if your terrace doors are open) would be able to see your legs as you are sitting down. We got used to it ...and basically kept the terrace door curtains closed and tried to give each other a little privacy when needed. Otherwise, great for a couple. Not great for siblings / friends. The continental breakfast we had was fine (esp the marmalade) on the 1st day, then we catered for ourselves after that. Basic grocery store opposite. Bit tricky an entrance to get car out of. One of you really needs to go on the road to check for traffic and guide the car driver out. Great place though. Would recommend. Good value for money. The Tourist Police visited while we were there to check everything was OK...which it was.
