EL TORRO.. When a hotel stay transforms into a family-friendly experience worthy of praise.
For the second time, I chose to stay at the EL TORRO Hotel in Tangier, and frankly, I find myself ready to return to it whenever I come to the city, because of the comfort, comfortable accommodation, and noteworthy services it provides.
A special thank you to the reception staff: Dunya, Hasnaa, Amin and Muhammad, for the warm welcome, smiles and classy treatment. I also commend Abdel Nabi and Hakim inside the restaurant, where you feel like you are among your family, due to the respect, dedication and attention they give to the customer.
Since I follow a special diet related to blood pressure, “Al-Shaf” Nihad showed great professionalism and care, and she was keen to prepare suitable meals as much as possible, within the limits of what is programmed in the meal menu, which is something I greatly appreciate.
My only observation is a suggestion to reconsider the lunch or dinner meal program, and not to limit it to only four meals, because repeating them may become somewhat boring for a guest staying for several days. In contrast, the breakfast was above average in terms of quality and variety.
Thank you to all the staff of EL TORRO Hotel for the warm welcome and quality of service, and I wish you continued brilliance and success. A good experience worth mentioning, and I will return, God willing.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh and delicious food and different choices every day, which we really appreciated.
The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and the level of service exceeds many European standards. A big thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tangier!
