Best hotel

It’s already the 6th time I’ve come back to Sumahan Suites & Spa in Marrakech, and as always, I’m absolutely delighted with my stay. The service is impeccable: the whole team is caring, always smiling, available and very professional.
The establishment is beautiful, quiet and perfectly maintained. You feel immediately at home, just like at home, with that little luxury and comfort that make all the difference. The spa is a real plus to relax, and the services are always of high quality.
This is a place I recommend with my eyes closed, and I will return to again without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team for their hospitality and consistency in excellence!

Great experience in this great hotel
Nestling at the foot of the atlas if you pass through Marrakech do not hesitate to stop in this superb hotel filled with calm of serenity and above all benevolence from the staff
Management listens to these customers
I usually travel around the world meeting people of all kinds
The manager is incredibly kind his name is Faisal and is really listening
But this place fills you with positive energy a real source of life

Very underwhelming

Location is very inconvenient, 30 minutes away from the city centre and has no shops nearby, you must drive everywhere. The atmosphere is not lively at all, very small ‘5 star’ hotel with almost no people to be seen. The rooms had good air conditioning and was decently sized, but on the last day we got moved into an ‘upgrade’ room in which the AC was broken, the toilets wouldn’t flush, and there were many crickets and cockroaches to be found, and when they heard and saw this all they refused to give us a different room. The value is not worth it, we originally booked a different hotel but turned out to be full and we got moved to this one instead, wish we got a refund. Atleast the noise was quiet and the service was good, some workers were very nice and understanding and the breakfast was ok, but there wasn’t a lot of option. Overall, nothing like a 5 star experience in the slightest.

Great holiday!

An absolutely unforgettable stay at Sumahan Suites & Spa ✨
As soon as we arrived, we were seduced by the beauty of the place and the calm that reigns there. Nestled in the heart of a peaceful environment with a magnificent view of the Atlas, this hotel is a true haven of peace, ideal for rejuvenating away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech.
The suites are spacious, elegant and very comfortable, with special attention to detail. Cleanliness is impeccable and the general atmosphere invites relaxation.
A huge crush on the staff, remarkable kindness and professionalism. Always with little care, they help to make the stay even more pleasant.
The spa and swimming pool add a touch of luxury and well-being, perfect for relaxing fully.
In summary, an exceptional experience that I recommend without hesitation. A magical place where you feel privileged... I will return with great pleasure
