Lovely stay at this small-size Riad

A very nice, small size Riad in the Southern part of the city. All of the Medinas main attractions in walking distance and still in a quiet and peaceful street.
Very well ran by the enthousiastic, smart and friendly Ayoub and his team!
We will come again…

Delightful hotel

Lovely hotel, where especially the Welcoming and Service stand out. You can relax in the restaurant, the roof terrace is a nice chill spot if Marrakech is too much for you. There is a swimming pool, (downstairs in the hotel, so not nice sunbathing next to the pool).

A Service at the top, personal and on a human scale. We were looking for a moment of tranquility amidst the tumult of the city full of Marrakech it is found! Ayoub and Shaykh on top. A superb terrace

Good riad, walking distance to center

Very sympathetic and helpful operators, gave us immediate tips and showed us the way to get to the center. Nice rooms, roof terrace with views over the rooftops of Marrakech.
Location: In the medina, about 15 minutes walk from the large square Jemaa el Fna, half through a well-lit back alley with residential buildings, the other half in a small alley with shops and tourists. Taxis only go nearby, but you will be picked up by the hotel at the agreed location. We could always get help or information day and night.

Well-kept riad with a sour aftertaste

The riad is nicely decorated and cared for, with a good location in Marrakech. Unfortunately, our positive impression ended there.
The staff kindly suggested getting us a sandwich, but afterwards charged 6 euros for a simple sandwich with canned tuna — which they had just picked up a few houses away. A price quadruple without any prior information. The transfer they "had arranged" for us also turned out to cost 20 euros afterwards, again without clear communication.
In addition, the children were barely allowed to make noise even in the pool. They were absolutely not noisy, yet they were told to be quiet. That felt very unfriendly.
Marrakech is a beautiful city, and the riad looks well cared for, but due to the lack of transparency and Mood towards families, we leave this place feeling wry.
