Amazing hotel, amazing staff!
We are currently staying in the Longue Vie hotel and what an amazing time we are having. We are shocked this hotel isn’t a 5*.
The hotel is immaculately cleaned with the staff working to keep it clean and tidy throughout the day. Everyone is so friendly from the cleaners to the doorman, everyone is so generous and always happy to help.
We had food on the first night at the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel and the beef steak in pepper sauce was one of the nicest steaks I’ve ever had. The staff working on the restaurant day and night are both incredibly attentive and happy to help with whatever you need. Through the day we’ve also tried a couple of the cocktails from here which were also amazing. I’d definitely recommend the passion mojito!
The hotel is situated in a great location with bars and restaurants all near by.
There is a huge selection of breakfast options on a morning and the ladies serving the omelettes and pancakes are both amazing at what they do!
I’d definitely recommend!

Highly recommended
Hotel in modern style, service from breakfast to evening on the rooftop is top-notch.
Top-notch staff, no wish goes unfulfilled here. Very hospitable.

Way below expectations for €250-300/night – Broken phone, terrible communication & poor service
We stayed at Longue Vie Hotel for 4 nights, and for a hotel charging €300 per night, the experience was a massive disappointment.
A week before our arrival, I emailed both the reception and the booking department to inform them that we were celebrating our 10th anniversary. Neither email was ever opened or answered, which was the first sign that this hotel does not care about its guests.
The worst part of our stay was a serious incident by the pool. Because the pool area was full, we placed our towels on a nearby table and I hid my phone between them to protect it from the 45-degree sun. A staff member walked up, took our towels without asking, and dropped my phone so the screen shattered. He quickly showed it to my wife, claiming it was "fine" (which it absolutely wasn't), and then left the phone face down on the hot table without any protection, moving the towels to a glass wall instead.
When we confronted the staff, the only response we got was a lazy "sorry". Management did absolutely nothing to compensate us or handle the damage caused by their own employee. Utterly unprofessional.
To add to this, the service during breakfast was incredibly stressful. The staff were way too fast to clear the tables. Every single morning we had to explicitly tell them that we weren't finished eating, and we noticed several other guests having to do the same.
The only positive aspects were that the gym was okay and the breakfast food itself was good. However, when you pay premium prices, you expect premium service and accountability. The lack of communication, the lack of responsibility for property damage, and the stressful service ruined what should have been a special anniversary trip. We will not return.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a treatment at the Spa of Longue Vie Hôtel Marrakech with Aziza, and I would really like to congratulate her on her professionalism and the quality of her treatment.
Aziza was exceptional: the protocol was perfectly executed, with great gentleness, attention to detail and a truly caring approach. Everything was done with such professionalism, while still feeling warm and personal.
As a hotel professional myself, I am particularly attentive to service standards and the overall guest experience. I have to say that I was absolutely delighted. I left feeling genuinely relaxed, peaceful and completely refreshed — exactly what a spa experience should be.
Thank you, Aziza, for such a wonderful moment. I truly loved the experience and will definitely come back.

Great experience
We had an amazing stay at Longue Vie Hôtel in Marrakech and would highly recommend it. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious with beautiful bathrooms, and everything was spotlessly clean. The whole hotel smelled incredible, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choice.
What really made our stay was the outstanding staff. A special thank you to Morad, the doorman, who was always so warm, welcoming and friendly every time we came and went. We'd also like to thank Tariq, the hotel driver, who truly went above and beyond for us. After our airport transfer fell through on our last day, he got us to the airport without hesitation and even gave us a discount because we'd run out of cash. He was so kind and friendly throughout the journey and really left our holiday on a high.
Every member of staff was genuinely lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in Marrakech!
