Best place for a last minute booking!
When we first arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was very welcoming, our room was ready, it was nice and clean, smelled very clean and fresh. The stay was very comfortable.
The best part of our stay was the staff at the hotel. Omar, Fatima, lamia, and hafid, they were so welcoming and genuinely very sweet people.
We also did the spa hammam, Nadia gave us a real experience of hammam in Marrakesh felt great!
Only thing I could comment that could be better are the options of breakfast included. Could have had more selection.
Apart from that we loved our experience, everything in walking distance, great selection of cafe and restaurants. Must try the local foods opposite the hotel!

Modern
This hotel is in the new area of town, and is a nice reprieve from the chaos of the medina. There is a tiny pool on the top floor. Rooms are very spacious, modern, beautiful and spotless. Professional staff, though English is limited. Breakfast is coffee, juice, bread, boiled egg, yogurt and cold cuts. They do not allow you to have guests at the hotel (not even to use the pool)

the bad stay
Stayed only 1 night, but too many problems! There was only 1 towel on arrival, so we had to call the reception to get another one. Then we had a problem to switch the air con unit off, so had to call the reception to fix it. it was the battery of the remote controller, which they have replaced them at the end, but clearly, there was no management for bedroom quality maintenance in the hotel. the worst thing was that we had no hot water in the morning, so had to go out without showering at 10 am. It was the worst stay in Morocco in 10 days, and would not recommend it much.

The best hotel in Marrakech!
I’ve stayed there one week at the start of 2019 and it was perfect. The rooms are perfectly clean, are huge and the bed was really good and relaxing. The breakfast is over the expectation, it’s a real pleasure to eat over there. And you cand find onywhere in the hotel an employer ready to help you with anything. They give us contacts to rent a car for a decent price, give us offers for massage and keep our luggage safe for three days, time when we were in a trip in the desert. Because our plans changed when we were there they agreed with changing our check-in amd check-out dates without any costs. It was a pleasure to stay at Teranga!

I enjoyed it
The hotel is located in Gueliz, the modern part of Marrakech and provides a straight walk (or drive by taxi or bus) to the inner city with zero chance of getting lost.
The air conditioned room was big and clean with a terrace overlooking the small local square with nearby markets, shops, restaurants and a city bus station.
The hotel staff is kind and helpful displaying a nice combination of French and Moroccan manners, friendly in a natural and humorous way.
The breakfast was the balanced mixture of local and international food while dinner could be ordered if not dining out in the Medina.
There is also a rooftop terrace with small pool which is still not quite finished but we did spend there nice evenings after returning from the excitements of the inner city.
The street side cafe was ideal for a morning espresso or a snack before starting sight seeings, walks or trips.
