Not recommend ever even without paying a penny it’s horrible the swimming pools are filthy clean the property is dirty everything is dirty the lights are not working in the nighttime you can’t see anything on

Lack of transparency and favoritism

We were assigned a pathetic chalet, damp and full of water leaks, despite the availability of other larger and sunny chalets; when we wanted to change chalets the next day after seeing people leave other chalets and after seeing the cleaning staff doing the cleaning, we were told that these chalets were sold, but later we found out that these chalets were reserved for their friends (clients).

The property is well located in a very nice area outside of Ifrane, with many amenities including outdoor and indoor pools, recreational areas, and nice restaurants. Unfortunately, during our stay in May, many of these facilities were closed or not operating.
The landscaping of the property was not very well maintained, and some of the units appeared abandoned, perhaps because it was outside the high season.
The apartment itself was spacious and reasonably clean, although only two towels were provided for five people.
On the positive side, the restaurant was good, the included breakfast was very enjoyable, and the restaurant staff provided outstanding service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment hotel. The overall condition of the property is extremely poor and clearly neglected. The apartment was not clean at all, and there were many insects, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
Nothing seems to be properly maintained — not the toilets, not the kitchen, nor any of the household equipment. Everything feels worn out and abandoned.
On top of that, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from the toilet drains, which made it difficult to even stay inside the apartment.
I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

Catastrophic experience – must be avoided

Very disappointing stay at the Farah Inn Ifrane.
Upon arrival, the service at the reception is null and void: no sense of welcome or professionalism.
No Wi-Fi available, and even worse, no network coverage, making your stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom was in a deteriorated condition, poorly maintained, and there were not even towels provided. In general, nothing is maintained in the establishment.
Another unacceptable point is that a deposit requested in cash only, with no possibility of paying by card or even withdrawing from the spot, which unnecessarily complicates the situation.
Frankly, the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. I strongly advise against this property.
