Extremely disappointed

Frankly the service not great!! They are not very warm! The rooms are not large and you can not store your things and it smells of wood or at least it does not smell good!!! On the other hand, the ladies dealing with the hammam are very warm and kind I thank them!

The Moroccan Scrooge

Beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina. Room spacious and clean. Typical Moroccan breakfast (although the same every day). The only flaw the manager too busy just to resurrect. The climax was reached when we saw him knocking on the doors of the rooms to ask for payments. Was it too much to wait for the guests to come down to the lobby? Maybe so, since he was never present and only revealed himself to offer extra services. In addition, he demanded the balance of dinners only in cash dirham (which is not specified anywhere). By the way, everything you ask for must be repeated several times because if it does not bring him profit, it is not of his interest. Too bad because customer dedication is not learned just because there are many tourists in the city.

Great choice, nice and good.

Beautiful historic Riad, convenient for visiting the medina and convenient with parking for those by car. the managers are very kind and helpful, they prepared dinner (excellent) despite our arrival late in the evening.
Hearty breakfast with several samples of typical dishes.
Small but very nice rooms with air conditioning and heat pump. Spacious bathroom, the only flaw to correct the lack of at least one shower curtain that prevents flooding the bathroom.
Environments all very clean.
To access the rooms there are rather steep stairs not suitable for those with walking problems.
I recommend, would definitely stay there again.
