Very bad experience. I am a loyal customer and I have stayed several times in this hotel, but this time I was treated with a total lack of respect. Upon my arrival, I was first confirmed that I could book two nights, then they changed their mind without any explanation. The next morning, the receptionist spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I was tired and I simply needed to rest, but instead of helping me, she made me feel that I was not welcome. It is unacceptable, especially towards a regular customer. Because of this experience, I will not return to this hotel. I hope that management will take this situation seriously so that other customers do not have to experience the same thing.

Nice view of the city and the sea

The first impression is good, nice restaurant room, good sized room, nice view from the balcony, but cockroach in the restaurant room crushed right on the floor and left on the spot...

Good room - with many reservations.

Good large rooms - many with sea views. Despite the uncomfortable location at a very busy round trip, the room was quiet as it was equipped with double doors facing the street. Altanes unusable due to the noise.
Missed a bottle of water in the room, missed coffee option and toothpaste.
The internet was miserable and fell out constantly.
Breakfast was undoubtedly the lowest we experienced in Morocco at four different hotels.

Lovely hotel

The location is convenient, atmosphere is peaceful the rooms are very clean and quiet with quality sleep.Good value for money.
