Excellent service
The service is excellent! Aya who served us was professional handles guests’ requests with care and make sure they get what they need and ask for. The property is very clean and quiet and in a good location

Housekeeping needs improvement
Average stay, great location but housekeeping missed refilling drinking water on the second day. I had to call reception. Rooms and sleep quality are good overall, but this detail needs attention.

Casablanca stop over.
This hotel was amazing. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were ready to help with anything I needed. Recognized my name when I arrived late and helped with securing a taxi for early departure. I would certainly stay here again.

Very nice property in a convenient area in Casablanca. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. We only stayed for one night on our way out of Casablanca but it was a pleasant stay

NOT RESTFUL STAY
Beautiful hotel with modern decoration and the room
the bedding is firm but suitable though I did not like the pillows that are hard but this is my personal opinion
The room is equipped with a TV with some French channels
The bathroom is equipped with a shower with different toiletries, plus a real hair dryer
Good breakfast also
The pool with the bar is a good size, not too crowded, the waiters always find you a solution for deckchairs
We have not tested the hotel restaurant
The hotel is located in a boulevard where traffic is heavy, even at night a lot of outdoor noise and during the day noises of work because a building construction near the hotel is in progress (foundations noises of excavator)
This is really the negative the noise, the rest is fine

Cependant, nous avons bien pris note que certains éléments n'ont pas totalement répondu à vos attentes, notamment le ressenti par rapport aux oreillers et aux désagréments sonores liés à l'environnement extérieur. Nous prenons bonne note de votre préférence afin de pouvoir vous proposer un autre type d’oreillers lors de votre prochain séjour et de vous attribuer, dans la mesure de nos disponibilités, une chambre située du côté opposé à la rue principale, afin de vous permettre de vous reposer dans un environnement plus calme.
