We stayed at Aloha in Imsouane during an unfortunate time, as my husband fell ill upon arrival and remained sick throughout our stay. It could have ruined our trip – but the staff at Aloha made all the difference.
Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. They went far beyond what one would expect, offering both practical and emotional support. They created a calm and caring environment, and we felt genuinely seen and looked after.
Aloha is not just a beautiful place to stay – it's a place with people who truly care. We are deeply grateful and can wholeheartedly recommend staying here – both when everything goes smoothly, and when life takes an unexpected turn.

My worst experience in Morocco

Be careful, it is not marked anywhere on their conditions but they refuse access to groups of friends / cousins without marriage certificate (even if some are foreigners and some cousins). Beyond denying us access to our arrival on a stormy evening, the host was extremely aggressive and disrespectful, the only solution proposed was to extract double money from us. Beyond the so-called "rules" to follow there is no professionalism on the part of the owner. Pass your way, it's a scam in disguise, there are many other honest establishments in Imsouane.

Merci pour votre commentaire,on vous reclarifie la situation, ce ne sont pas nos règles,mais c'est une loi qui s'applique aux marocains(et vous le savez très très bien)
Comme on vous a déjà expliqué nous sommes un établissement référencé et autorisé et travaillons dans le respect des lois.
Si vous n'étiez pas en tort (et vous le savez)pourquoi avez vous refusé d'aller demander à la gendarmerie qui est à quelques metres et réclamer vos droits.

Beautiful view

Very nice view for the rooms that have sea view, the showers are not very practical because they have no doors so after the shower there is water everywhere in the bathroom, a restaurant is available on the ground floor with a pool table possibility to rent surfboards, a small swimming pool with deckchairs with sea view.
The property owner was not very welcoming was not very flexible, on the other hand Amel the girl at the reception was very welcoming and very friendly, she had everything fixed the problems we had in one of the reserved rooms (refrigerator not functional and a leaky shower).

A haven of peace, professional owner and staff beyond expectations, a big thank you to Amal who was attentive, smiling and efficient, let's not forget the chefs who delighted us with succulent dishes, the apartment is spacious, clean with a magnificent view of the bay I advise anyone wanting total relaxation to go to this magical place, a big thank you to all of you

Beautiful view, for the rest a lot to improve

The view from the rooms/terraces is extraordinary, hands down on that one!
For the rest our stay at Aloha Imsoune was very disappointing. The bathroom was very dirty, I ended up cleaning the floor and toilet myself. There isn't a real reception, as you get there you are requested to contact a phone number. There's no service I would call this way. No one around to provide basic info, especially for the price we paid. The property seemed abandoned and we did not feel very safe there. I did some research and figured out normally guests book a 6 nights package with surf+accommodation+meals at a price that is just slightly superior to what we paid for 2 nights for just the room. Definitely not reccomended.
We were charged 340 euro for 2 nights (no breakfast) in November 2022 on booking. We can not even write a review on booking for some reason (but i guess i know why)
