Just business: an offence to Moroccan hospitality
An absolute insult to hospitality – Cold commercial trap and total lack of empathy
I booked this property and had to cancel within barely 60 minutes due to a serious accident (force majeure). Despite the booking platform intervening and exploring all possible compromises—such as a date change, a credit voucher, or a partial refund—the management categorically rejected every single option and never even bothered to reply directly to us.
To make matters worse, the public response from management (Omar) was utterly arrogant, dismissive, and full of falsehoods regarding my review history, attempting to cover up their complete lack of basic human empathy behind rigid commercial excuses.
Genuine hospitality and respect for human life should come before blind profit, especially when an emergency is communicated within an hour of booking. A cold, rigid establishment that has forgotten the most basic values of welcoming and customer care. International travelers beware.

Remarkable
what a small haven of kindness facing the sea, everything was perfect, from start to finish, I really liked the location and the view quite magnificent. the real more is access to the sea foot in the water.

Fantastic jewel in the middle of Dakhla
Hotel Oasis Dakhla is what I would call Moroccan elegance. The hotel’s design is a feast for the eyes: from the tiles on every floor and pottery throughout the hotel , to the art on the wall to the upholstery and fabrics and details throughout. The guest house is quaint and inviting , it maintains an intimate and private atmosphere with plenty of nooks to hide away. There is a beach access with plenty of space for all guests to enjoy their privacy. It also has a popular and lively restaurant scene if you want to be more social, at the sister property: Palais Rhoul Dakhla , next door.
The staff is exceptional. We were greeted and taken care of by lovely Jeanne who took her time and explained the local points of interest in detail as well as arranged for our tour to the White Dune. We felt safe, taken care of and welcomed at all times.
Brekfast was plentiful and served in beautiful Moroccan ceramics with great care. The entire staff was simply amazing : very professional and pleasant. We highly recommend this place.
