The Sliema suites have wonderful staff!! The receptionist is very attentive and follows up with any questions you have, the cleaning staff are really friendly and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The pool at the roof is a bit small but nice to use when you just want to relax. There is no music up there but that can easily be fixed if that’s okay with everyone there. It is around a 10 minute walk to Balutta Bay with a step hill so you will surely get your workout in. It’s also easy for taxis to find the place. All in all a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Thank you!

I love Malta. Silema has always been my favorite place to stay on the island. I would 100% return their again.

Very disappointed

Very nice building well maintained and lovely rooms. Kept clean and nice staff. Unfortunately though the walls in this building are absolutely paper thin and the noise is unbearable when trying to sleep. We spent 11 nights here and didn’t get a full nights sleep one night. The king room doesn’t come with a king bed but with 2 single beds pushed together which are rock hard. The standard king room was in the basement beside the common area so having paper thin walls here and a massive gap underneath the room door made this even worse. We could hear absolutely everything from people walking above us in reception, to the lift going up and down, to people in the common area and the cleaners in their room beside the common area. We were also awakened one morning to a flooding toilet and flooded patio area around the drain. Unfortunately this meant we weren’t able to go near our room for the whole day and were given no alternative for showers or getting ready to go for dinner. To make it all worse we overheard that the room beside us got a bottle of Prosecco as their check in was delayed an hour yet we got absolutely nothing for getting kicked out of our room for the day. On our final night we came home to towels full of vomit outside our door that obviously the room beside us threw there. Really disappointed as we were so looking forward to this after seeing such good reviews.

We had a wonderful stay! Fresh, clean and overall lovely facilities! Would’ve loved it if the pool was open a bit longer, but that’s the only, very small, minus :)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. There were four girls in our group, and the room was spacious with plenty of room for all of us. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
The hotel also has a pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was great too, with taxis easy to get, making it really convenient to explore the area without any hassle.
What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. We accidentally left a pair of AirPods behind after checking out, and the hotel went above and beyond by arranging to send them back to us in the UK. That level of care and honesty really impressed us.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The combination of spacious, clean rooms, excellent facilities, a convenient location, and outstanding staff made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.
