BAD EXPERIENCE

Upon arrival on 28.12.25 we found ourselves in a cellar, floor under the road without windows. The “room” was not ready, the bed was not made and was covered with a dirty and pierced mattress cover. In the sink there were dirty dishes. No one was present and even though we phoned we could not speak with the owner but only with a likely cleaner who said she would come only the next day, as it was then.
Also by telephone we were diverted to the second “room”, where 3 bags were deposited apparently full of linen. In this second bedroom the bed was ready but there was no stove in the kitchenette and there were no lights on the bedside tables. No windows or openings.
On the 29th we move into the room we had booked.
The equipment is minimal, the lighting is poor and you can not turn it off from the bed. Missing bedside tables and related lights, hairdryer, toaster, tablecloth .A single roll of toilet paper that is not supplied even asking for it. There is no hot water in the kitchenette, the bathroom door does not close except with considerable effort. The doors of the glass sound rooms, with annoying entrance of light from the stairs, we were in fact woken up at 3 am by the arrival of the neighbors.
The key to the front door is not handed over, it must be left in the commonly used keybox, if an occupant forgets it the other room becomes inaccessible.
The air intake at a height of two meters causes light and cold air to enter the street all night and cannot be closed. Humidity reigns in the “room”.
Bad experience.
