Great checkin service
Had a wonderful checkin experience with Prasanth and Citra who kindly helped us get our two rooms on the same floor, nearby each other.

Memorable stay
I stayed at Sunway Pyramid Hotel for 2 nights and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
Check-in was handled by Amara, who made the process quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The room was luxurious, modern, and very comfortable. One thing that really impressed me was the TV quality—it was the first hotel I've stayed at where the TV channels had crystal-clear HD picture with no reception issues at all.
Breakfast at Sunset Terrace was outstanding. The food selection was excellent, the quality was truly 5-star, and the ambience made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Ms. Suwana, the Front Office Manager, and Mr. Iqmal, the Duty Manager, for their warm welcome-back gesture. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest.
Another thing I appreciated was the bathroom—there was absolutely no unpleasant drainage smell, which is something I've experienced at some other hotels. The room design is stylish and up to date, parking is spacious and convenient, and the hotel has direct access to Sunway Pyramid Mall with countless food options. The only downside is that there are so many great places to eat, but we can only eat three meals a day!
Overall, I would rate my stay 10/10. Thank you to the team for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be back again!

World class service
A place with good service and connected to the big mall! I left my luggage with Shashank on my check out day and he was diligent in taking care of the luggage! Tied all my 4 luggage together even those oddly shaped ones. I found out he is only an intern but his service was world class
