Great Hotel but premium price
Location: 5 Stars
Geat & accessible. If you're hungry, there's a food court (non-halal) that's a few shops away from the hotel. 7-11 is roughly 3mins walking distance.
Cleanliness: 4 Stars
Great but with minor flaws. Great as it's newly refurbish (hotel lobby & room). The room is brightly lit which is a good thing. The flaws are the ants, the stains on the bed sheets & bath robe. Ants crawled onto my leg, laptop & hand while I was sitting at the desk doing work. 1 ant is fine. If at least 5 a night then it's a problem. If you killed it there's this strong pungent smell similar to pesticide. So it's a hassle to keep washing it off when you kill it. Stains on bedsheets are pen marks & black dusty dirty stains were on the bath robe as if it's left there for quite a while.
Price: 3 Stars
Price is a lil too premium for such a hotel in Seremban. I would consider this more of a premium hostel than a hotel.
I wouldn't mind staying here again as the minor flaws are fixable.
Note to owner / admin of the hotel:
If you are reading this, please train your staff to ask your customers to put on their mask while entering the premise to keep your employees & your customer safe especially during such pandemic. I was by the front desk checking in and this person came in to the hotel asking for a room. Worse of all, he wasn't wearing any mask the whole time yet cough a few rounds & standing not even 1 meter away from me. This is extemely uncomfortable. Do required your customers to put on their mask at such time.

Nice and convenient location
The bad: soundproofing in the room is lacking, no fridge in the room, no toothbrush provided, the shampoo provided smells like chemical
Nothing much to complain and is a decent place to stay for the night for stopover.
There is a night market nearby on Wednesday this, getting in and out of the hotel by car is a bit troublesome due to heavy traffic.

NIGHTMARE!
An eye opening towards a 3-Star Hotel that should be in 1-Star instead.
Checked in at 11pm, NO greetings at all at the front counter. Staff is not friendly as described by other reviewers. Check in process was slow and most scary part is, they are not wearing any mask during this COVID-19 pandemic. The feeling is like we are begging for a night stay. There is no remote for the air cond, u have to use the chair to step on to adjust the temp and fan speed at your OWN RISK. The temp is like 20 Celsius at all time and claim to be the lowest infact it’s blowing warm air. It was a restless and sleepless night ever. The shower gel (2x packet Heinz chilli size) only sufficient for u to wash your legs only. Soap was given to do the rest which is a disappointment. NO toothbrush and paste given. The air ventilator is clogged with dust. There is only two ply of tissue left for us to use, probably for us to wipe out tears for a worst experience. Your house keeping is not doing their job at all. Waking up every two hours gasping for cool air is really terrible.
Will NOT return for the stay despite the ambient and decoration is nice but the service was really terrible. A great hotel will NOT give u a restless night. I am waking up at 4.30am to review this.

Surprisingly good after refurbished
However, due to the information is not cleared on booking, there are a small adjustment on price. The person in charge to take pro active steps to call me and verify it and she is patiently wait me to come to the hotel first and bring me browse around the room . She suggested me with the room I want which is WOW to me. The resting area is so cosy and comfortable. Snacks and bottled water is free . Room is totally like Japan Minimalist style. Love it. Thanks

OK Service at Affordable Price
The rooms were ok. The shower and toilet room was relatively spacious. However, there was no window, so the air-con needs to be on all the time.
The staff looked tired every day and they dealt with request a bit passively.
Judging from the price, things were actually pretty ok to me.
