Rustic and tranquil

We booked in for two nights with a 3&5 year old and had the pitta cabin. The spaces and rooms were massive and it had a nice balcony. The facilities were clean, functional and did the job. It wasn’t a five star, but the rustic charm was in keeping with the setting and actually made it more special.
Food was okay, the White House within Fife minutes walk offered options if you are there a few nights.

Sepilok B&B is a very nice stay in Sepilok. The family room was ideal for us with two kids. Breakfast was nice. Staff super friendly. It’s only a 20 min walk to both the Orang-Utan and Sun Bear Sanctuary that are worth a visit.
Sepilok B&B is the clear recommendation to stay in Sepilok if you have a pick-up for Kinabatangan River area the next day. They will you up directly in front of the reception. Both photos I attached are from the Orang-Utan sanctuary.

Very well located b&b within walking distance of the reservation centre. Tasty and affordable food (both breakfast and dinner). Friendly staff! Recommended!

Great place good price

Stayed here twice in June before and after the river trip. We had the family room which had a double bed and bunk beds. 2 ceiling fans inside and 1 outside on the balcony. There's a restaurant not big and does get very busy for breakfast. There's also a fridge with cold beer and snacks you can purchase.
It's very peaceful and all you can hear are the wildlife.
Staff are very nice but a big thankyou to Sarah who went above and beyond when we needed any help.
Its only about a 5 minute walk to the RDC and about 20 minutes to the Sunbears and Orangutans

very good Price quality ratio. Very close to the ground floor. Very large room upstairs with a large balcony overlooking the forest. Very helpful staff, they kindly waited until we came home from the night walk to help us eat. Decent meal and breakfast quite hearty but not much choice. Ideally placed to spend a night between the DRC and the orangutan rehabilitation center.
