I don't usually write reviews this long, but Lanson Place Kuala Lumpur deserves it.
Even before I arrived, my experience was excellent. From my home country, I was in touch with the General Manager, Mr. Anson. I honestly have to take my hat off to him. He was always responsive, understanding, and willing to help. From arranging an early check-in, giving me discounts, and making the payment process easier so I could avoid international transaction fees, he made everything simple. No matter what I needed, he always had the time to help, and that level of service continued until the day I checked out.
The reception and concierge team were just as amazing. They welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We asked for quite a few favors during our stay, and every single request was met with a smile. You can really tell they enjoy taking care of their guests.
We stayed in the Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment, and it's honestly one of the reasons I'll keep coming back. The light wood interior, the huge windows, and the beautiful views made the apartment feel bright and relaxing. Everything felt fresh, modern, and very well maintained.
The kitchen was excellent and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The coffee pods were replenished every day, which was a nice touch. All the appliances looked almost brand new.
The bathroom was also very nice, with excellent water pressure and reliable hot and cold water. The bed deserves a special mention because I would fall asleep almost immediately every night, which almost never happens to me.
The housekeeping team was friendly and cooperative throughout our stay, and the overall cleanliness of the residence was excellent.
The facilities were another highlight. The swimming pool, steam room, and sauna were never crowded, making them perfect for relaxing. I also liked the café and the self-service shop next to the pool, which made grabbing a quick drink or snack very convenient.
The room had European-style power sockets, but the team kindly provided us with two adapters, which worked out perfectly.
The location is another big reason I recommend Lanson Place. It's close to almost everything. You can comfortably walk to many places, or simply take a Grab or inDrive if, like me, you're traveling with a baby and a stroller. There are also two convenience stores nearby—one right outside the residence for quick essentials and another a short walk away with a much wider selection.
For smokers, there are two designated smoking areas, one on the 5th floor and another on the 48th floor.
Throughout our stay, Mr. Anson continued to make sure everything was going well and did everything he could to make our experience as comfortable as possible. That level of care is something you don't easily forget.
I would happily recommend Lanson Place Kuala Lumpur to families with children, couples, and even solo travelers.
In fact, I'd love to come back someday by myself. When work gets stressful and I just need a break from everything, I can honestly picture myself staying here again—swimming, enjoying the steam room and sauna, walking around the city, eating good food, visiting the malls and parks, and simply relaxing. For me, Lanson Place isn't just a place to stay. It's a place where you can truly switch off and recharge.

Very nice aparthotel. Spacious, quiet,helpful staff and great location, stunning city view. Breakfast choice is limited for cost but can help start your day. We will use it again.

An oasis of green tranquility.
Always a great place to stay in Kuala Lumpur as it is an oasis of green tranquility amidst a sea of concrete skyscrapers.
The area , Bukit Ceylon has still retained a bit of what Kuala Lumpur was like thirty years ago.
The service is amazing and the breakfast on the top floor is like eating in the sky. Great stay overall

wonderful
great experience from arrival to departure. The apartment is clean and spacious, stunning view for one bedroom deluxe, fully equipped with kitchen facilities, washer and dryer etc, the pool is huge and relaxing, staff are friendly and helpful.
