The interior is absolutely luxurious and stunning, with incredible attention to detail and a unique design that makes you feel special from the very first moment. The staff is simply perfect: professional, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything about our stay was flawless — comfort, atmosphere, service, and overall experience. We genuinely loved every minute spent here, and the impressions we got from this hotel went far beyond anything we expected. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

Disappointing stay at an overpriced photo hotspot
Although this hotel has a five-star rating, it does not meet the expectations of a luxury hotel in any way.
Upon arrival, we had to carry all our luggage ourselves to the reception on the 66th floor. There was no assistance or offer to help with the luggage. The room was not in good structural condition.
Several deficiencies were obvious, and necessary repairs had apparently not been carried out for a long time. The breakfast was also disappointing.
A maximum time slot of 60 minutes must be booked the day before. Spontaneous breakfast after waking up is not possible. Only one à la carte dish could be ordered per person. When the food was served cold and we complained, we did not receive a replacement. Coffee and black tea were included, but a surcharge was charged for a simple green tea – a behavior that is hardly expected in a five-star hotel. Particularly frustrating was the hotel bar. It was occasionally closed well before the stated opening hours, presumably due to too few guests being present.
Only upon inquiry were alleged cleaning works cited as the reason. We will come back... Thanks to the great team! Guests who wanted to have a drink later were simply turned away.
Overall, there was a lack of service willingness as well as attention to detail. In our view, this hotel does not meet the standards expected from a five-star hotel, neither in service nor in maintenance. We would choose a different hotel for a future stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service at the 66th Floor Restaurant
I visited the restaurant on the 66th floor this morning hoping to have breakfast. I was told it was only for in-house guests, which I understood and accepted. Later, I asked if I could come for tea time, and the receptionist upstairs told me clearly that tea is served from 3 PM to 5 PM for walk-in guests.
I came back at 4 PM, after making the trip from KLCC, only to be told by the supervisor that tea time is only for guests with reservations. This was never mentioned earlier. I pointed out that the restaurant was almost empty—only two tables were occupied—but he still refused to let us have tea time.
He offered for us to sit at the bar, but when we agreed, he said we couldn’t have the same tea menu because they were “closed,” even though it was still 4PM because closing time 5 PM. Then he informed us that we could only be served if we spent a minimum of RM100 per person. This is unacceptable and felt like they were making up rules on the spot.
The staff were unprofessional, inconsistent, and unhelpful. For such a beautiful location with a great view, the service was shockingly poor. I will never come back, and I do not recommend anyone to waste their time here.

Over Price with low standard of service

The place is nice, but when comparing it to the Dorsett or the Pullman, I feel it falls short. Be prepared to wait for the elevators. The front desk and support staff are very friendly and supportive. I am not a fan of the meals, while others might find it amazing. Breakfast has timeslots, so you don't overstay your welcome. Pastries and fruits fall short compared to the above-mentioned hotels. The table next to me waste most of their breakfast. Picture attached.
It's excellent for taking photos. I, for one, would rather a place that is more practical and modern feel. Another chair in the room will fill the empty space. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay and one that is memorable.
