Disappointing stay despite the good location
We arrived through a travel agency and were surprised to learn that our room did not have a lake view. When we asked about it, the response was both unpleasant and dismissive. It seemed to be an arbitrary decision made by the person in charge, who didn’t speak English and made no effort to explain or offer alternatives — even though we would have gladly paid extra for a better room.
We also had to go back to reception to request pillow covers, as the extra pillows came without any. No one answered the phone in the room, and there were no instructions on how to use it or which number to call.
The TV remote was broken (the battery cover was missing), and the batteries had to be replaced. The staff eventually changed them — but it took over an hour.
The bathroom was the most disappointing part: there were no towel racks, no hooks, and even the toilet paper had no holder. To make things worse, I found an insect I couldn’t identify.
The overall maintenance was poor, and the curtains were so thin that sunlight hit our faces starting at 6 AM — making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was modest and not particularly memorable.
Unfortunately, I would not return to this hotel, and I would not recommend it.

Hotel needs a revamp
We had rented 2 rooms (206 / 207) and stayed 3 nights. Good news: the bed is good and the bed linen is cotton, the desk staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, not far from the center and near the lake. Wifi works well. Hotel has a lift.
The hotel needs a lot of refurbishment!
The bathroom: shower door closes laboriously, small mirror is too high on the wall, the shower hook is also very high on the wall. This is impractical.
The 3 windows have no curtains and it is very early light in the room.
207 doesn't have a mini fridge, 206 has one but it's broken.
The ‘air conditioning’ cools slightly. Breakfast is not to our taste. Only white toast bread, juice orange looks like lemonade syrup, coffee is in a large thermos and tastes bitter at 8:30. The sliced fruit doesn't look appetizing. I wouldn't have chosen this myself, given the other reviews. But it was booked by our travel company.
At my fellow travel companion the cleaning crew opened the door twice at 07:45 without knocking.
For one night okay, forget and Trips on. Not recommended.
