Positvely surprised: location, view and decent rooms - view and value unbeatable business hotel

"Soviet" was the first word my local contact told me when I asked her about this tower in city center (walking street with bars and restaurants next door).
For business those decent rooms with all amentities you need are just enough to sleep some hours between work and travel. Huge gym in cellar. Ask for upper floors for best views on this nice little town!
We (3 single on business trip) stayed in January 2019. Rooms were big enough, warm and very quiet (14th floor) - the vicinity of the restaurant street is big plus!
I've stayed various hotels (Sauly's, Minginte, Motel Smakų Smakas or in summer in Juri guesthouse), they are all same simple standard. breakfast you better skip. This hotel was best in value and locaiton.Visit Rock'n Roll Pub, fantastic beers!
Recommended for all business travellers!!
BTW; Žemaitis Restoranas is now open since 2019 - recommend local tradional food, something else than the other fusion food in the more elegant restaurants

One night stay

Too noisy, bad sound isolation, seems like there is no doors no walls, could hear all from the corridor, how elevators works. Duty carpet, tv remoter. Good only city view. Friendly staff in reception. Problems with parking space (some construction works on site). Good Wifi.

Good stay for great value

Normal hotel. Had number on 12th floor. Room spacious and clean. I liked that bathroom and WC was separate. Bed was good, but pillow hard. Good TV and channels, also youtube and netflix available. In the room sofa and table. Nice view.
The only minus is that breakfast was not reach, but was good enough.

Better arriving day time

The hotel is confortable and central,ad longvas you don t arrive late with heavy bags and suitcades,in such a case you ll have to take a taxi and run all around since you ll never imagine that there is a pedestrian way just adide the hotel....rooms are wide,confortable and clean...the only reason to go to Sialulai is the crosses hill which can be reached within minutes by taxi....about 20E two ways plus waiting time....m

Location is perfect, view from romm is perfect. Hotel is average.

The Hotel was not very clean. The Hotel is big and old, but refurbished. Its average. Some rooms need to be refurbished. You can park car near hotel. The hotel has restaurant. I can recommend this hotel. Prices is mid-range.
