Excellent for families
This is a family type of hotel, you find families through out. The apartments are specious and this is why I give it an excellent review although some furniture in the suites need some touch up to avoid becoming dated soon.
It has a great location too at least for my purpose in the mountains. Many families from the gulf and overseas. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Just don’t go there
Without any exaggeration, this property is aged to the bones. Terrible place to stay with the poorest ever quality of everything. To make it simple, The small hangers behind the door were a nail! So you can imagine the rest. Avoid it by all means

Friendly staff
+ves:
+ A very spacious apartment (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet). It's big enough for a family of 8 or more.
+ The staff were lovely and very helpful especially the lady and gentleman we met in the morning/afternoon.
+ We arrived an hour earlier than check-in time but were still allowed to check in.
+ Taxi Service: the hotel have connections with a taxi company who arrive promptly and are not expensive.
~neutral:
~ The wifi connection was poor in certain areas of the apartment but we found that they're best in the bedroom and by the bathroom.
~ the bedsheets don't feel as crisp as a 4 or 5 star hotel but if you can ignore that, then they're fine.
~ Location: it's 10-15mins walks from the lively area of Aley but depending on your preference, it can be a good/bad thing. You can always get a taxi if you are unable to walk.
-ves:
- there was a problem with the electricty during our stay (hence 3 stars) so it went off several times during the day/night and required someone from the hotel to flick the switch to put it back on. At times we had to pop down to inform them. It is worth noting that this problem affected some apartments only.
- no telephone from the apartment to the reception so if you need anything, you'll have to go down.
Overall, given the size of the apartment and the friendly staff, I'd say it's a good value for money for a large family. If you're 4 or less, then you're better off going for a smaller apartment or finding somewhere cheaper. I'm hoping the electricity problem is resolved otherwise I don't think it'll be a good value for money especially during the summer.
