Excellent hotel situated in the heart of Riga
Our room was very comfortable, modern, and had everything we needed. The bathroom, especially, had all of the necessary things like paper towels, body lotion, shampoo conditioner and also a really nice hairdryer (as opposed to the many shoddy ones you can find in most of the hotels today). The beds are extremely comfortable, you literally feel like sleeping on clouds. And everything was impeccably clean!
Furthermore the standout aspect of our stay was breakfast. It had a lot of Latvian specialties like the spiced sprat and a selection of Latvian cheeses. Everything was really tasty, well prepared, and varied. Jelena made our breakfast even more special. She was very attentive and even offered us a really tasty passion fruit cake. She was always smiling and made our morning that much more enjoyable. Really standout service all around and a stay that made visiting the beautiful city of Riga that much more special :)
Only negative, although not really the Hotel’s fault, is parking. Big capital cities of course will bring parking issues and we unfortunately didn’t find a spot in the underground garage next to the hotel. Luckily we were able to secure a parking spot close to the hotel on the side of the road (paying was super easy with parking meters so that’s fine, you can even pay by card!) but be prepared to search for parking spots and maybe walk a bit to the hotel. Otherwise, our whole stay was thoroughly enjoyable!

Good experience.
Very spacious room and cleanliness up to standard, certainly superior to that found in other Baltic hotels.
Possibility of free sauna and gym, honestly not used.
The property is located in the center of the city and across from a beautiful park where there were musical performances on several evenings (for the anniversary of the founding of Rīga), and a few meters from a highly rated restaurant where we always had a good dinner for 30 euros for two (self-service).
Perhaps the positive notes are influenced by the upgrade received, but I have no negative references from those I met at the hotel who were in standard rooms.

Nice but room for improvements
Room cleaning: they didnt take dirty cups and trash from all the rooms, didnt wash of the sink or fill up coffee. Soap in one of the rooms vas empty.
In one of the rooms it was a plastikk bag with icecubes and a pen on the fluor checking in.
The junior suites and double rooms lokk the same in zize, the only different was a coffe machines.
There were no robes or slippers in the rooms even it was included. We asker for it and got it except from one room they forgot.
In the gym, they did not fill up the water in the four days we were there.
Breakfast was nice and Jelena there was very friendly.
