We enjoyed our time here.

Great cozy little place, owned and operated by Vietnamese brothers. They were rather friendly and spoke very good English.
Really delightful in a great location to walk everywhere! Centrally situated, but quiet.
Outside area was perfect. The guesthouse is clean, and the room is simple with good mountain view. Breakfast was acceptable with some options of eggs and fruits, drinks had tea and coffee or mango juices and self-served.
We enjoyed our time here.

Very nice guest house with great terrace

Very central location, quiet
Large, clean rooms, good shower
Coffee and bananas around the clock. Beautiful view from the covered terrace (important in the rainy season)
We spontaneously extended our stay from one night to three nights. The hotel was very quiet and the staff very friendly.
The large bed was very comfortable. The single bed was a bit harder, but ideal for my girlfriend! I would come back anytime.

Friendly Staff and Great Location

The staff were very friendly which was a great first impression of the guesthouse. The guesthouse has a nice view on the terrace. The rooms are clean and spacious, I did find mosquitos can still get in through the windows though. Great location with lots of restaurants around.

Stayed at Nice view guesthouse and found it clean ,good price,friendly staff,complimentry tea coffee and fruit and good location was close to resteraunt and bars not far from the river. Vang vieng great place

No view, dirty, noisy, unfriendly staff

We were placed in the ground floor. There is no view, its practically a damp dirty garage. The room was not particularly clean (bathroom too). The room above us was undergoing construction and it was very loud (think hammers). The staff barely speaks english and are in no way helpful. The views is only from the second floor terrace or if you are lucky to have a room on the last floor. Location is the only great thing about the hotel, its fairly central.
